Kathmandu Durbar Square:
This complex of palaces, courtyards and temples, built between 12th and 18th Centuries, used to be the seat of ancient Malla Kings of Kathmandu. It is the place where kings of Nepal are crowned and their coronations solemnized. An intriguing piece here is the 17th century stone inscription set into the wall of the palace with writings in 15 languages. Kumari Temple.
Patan Durbar Square
Patan Durbar Square is an enchanting mélange of Palace buildings, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples. Listed as a World Heritage Site, the former Royal Palace complex is the center of Patan’s religious and social life, and houses a museum containing an array of bronze statues and religious monuments. One remarkable monument here is 17th century temple dedicated to the Hindu god Krishna, built entirely of stone.
Day03: Drive to Syaprubesi.
We are heading north out of Kathmandu driving through scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas to Dhunche or Syaprubesi. While passing along the road on the bank of the Trishuli River you catch a glimpse of Ganesh Himal, terraces and green hills.
Day 04: Syaprubesi to Lama Hotel ( 2500/6hrs).
After taking breakfast, we start our trek. We passes through Bhote koshi and follows Langtang Khola. This trail climbs to Bamboo and ascends to Rimche(2400m). This trek through we pass through the jungle, river, suspension bridges, village etc. We can see red pandas, monkey and bear.
Day 05: Lama hotel to Langtang valley (3307m/6hrs)
After taking breakfast at Lama Hotel, we climb through semi tropical jungle where we find rhododendron and other. The trail continues to climb gently and the valley widens, passing a few temporary settlements used by herders who bring their livestock to graze in the high pastures during the summer months. Langtang village is one of the very local and old villages along this trekking route and the view from here is more spectacular as we get closer to mountain.
Day 06: Langtang to Kyanjing gompa(3800m/5hrs)
After taking breakfast, we move towards Kyanjin Gompa passing through small village, small streams and moraines. After reaching Kyangin, we can see small monastery and dramatic setting, with snow-covered peaks surrounding you in all directions such as Langtang Lirung, Ganjala peak, Tserko- Ri, Langsisa ri and many others.
Day 07: Acclimation in Kyanjing Gompa(4180m)
This place where we acclimation today, it is the last permanent settlement with a small Gompa and cheese factory. We exploring the upper valley and climb up small hill Kynajin. This valley is ringed by spectacular snow peaks including Langtang and Lirung etc.
Day08: Khayanjing Gompa to Lama hotel(2500m/6hrs)
After taking breakfast, we follow the Langtang Khola , Langtang village .At the way, we see fantastic view of mountain. We continue the steep descent to Lama Hotel.
Day 09: Lama hotel to Thulo Syabru(2200m/6hrs)
After taking breakfast, we heading to Thulo Syapru ascending a steep path through forests to suddenly emerge with a view of Syabru and its extensive area of millet terraces. It’s a great place to wander about, catching glimpses of Tamang life, admiring the beautifully carved wooden windows or simply relaxing in the sun.
Day 10: Syabru to Singgompa (3300m/6hrs).
After taking breakfast, we climb up the through foreasts of oak fir and rhododendron to the top of a ridge. We pass through schools and campass the trail climb up the steephill and to Dursagang (2660 m). we are Climbing and passing the government agriculture office you will reach to Sing Gompa which is the main attraction of Chandan Bari.
Day 11: Sing Gompa to Gosaikund Lake(4320m/6hrs).
After taking breakfast, we ascends the mountain ridge and forest full of moss and fern. While crossing Lauribinayak, we can see spectacular views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Ganesh Himal and Langtang Lirung. While crossing over the ridge of Saraswati Kund apper the first of several Lakes dedicated to different divinities. Gosaikund is the third lake, sacred place of Hindus and Buddhist.The route ascends up to a small temple with a statue of Sakyamuni and further climbing you can see good views of Saraswati kunda. After trekking some while you have excellent views of Bhairav Kunda and climbing gently you will reach to Gosaikunda.
Day 10: Gosaikunda to Gopte (3440 m/6hrs).
After taking breakfast, we head to northern side of Gosainkunda Lake , crosses a moraine, passing three more small lakes; you will reach Laurebina La (4610 m). The trail descends to a National Park Post at Bhera Goth (4240 m) and to Phedi (3740 m) and Phedi the route drops and climbs through scrub bamboo to Dupichaur (3630 m) and descends finally to Ghopte.
Day 11: Ghopte to Kutumsang(2470m/6hrs).
After taking breakfast, we descends from Ghopte through passing forested area, where you will reach to the top of rocky path , Kharka was surrounded by Rhododendrons , make a gentle ascends towards the ridge to reach to Tharepati village(3597m) and Kutumsang.
Day 12: Khutumsang to Chisapani (2134 m/6hrs).
After taking breakfast, we continue through the forested ridge climbing to Thodang Betini (2260 m) and to Chipling (2170 m). we steep down the trail heads to Pati Bhanjyang (1860 m),where a Brahman and Chhetri village. In Chisopani we can see the mountain views and the sunrise on the Himalaya.
Day 13: Chisapani to Kathmandu(4hrs).
After taking breakfast , we pass Chisopani forward through the forest of oak and rhododendron, and brings you to Borlang Bhanjyang (2440m).
Day14: Bhaktapur Durbar Square and free for shopping.
Bhaktapur City Durbar Square:
The Bhaktapur Durbar Square is also listed in UNESCO, made in the 15th century Palace of 55 windows, situated to the left as you enter through the city gate, inspires admiration. The palace entrance, Golden Gate that is the entrance to the main courtyard of the palace of 55 windows, is masterpiece in repose art .In front of the palace building is a medley of temples of various designs. There are temples like Batsala Temple and the Shiva temple, the replica of Pashupatinath Temple etc. Nyatapola Temple: This five-story pagoda was built in 1702AD. Each story has pair of figures (two wrestlers, two elephants, two lions, two griffins and goddess’s tigress and lioness). This temple is one of the tallest pagodas and famous for its massive structure and subtle workmanship
